  • Does the e-shop reserve items in the cart?
    No, it doesn't. The product is yours as soon as you submit your order.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    Currently, only within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but more countries will be added very soon!
  • Can I combine orders?
    Yes, simply select COMBINE ORDERS (Sloučení objednávek) when choosing your shipping method for your subsequent orders.
  • How does payment work?
    Once I receive your order, I will send you an invoice with a QR code, which you can use to make the payment. It could take a few hours.
  • What if I forget to pay?
    Please remember to pay on time. If the payment isn't completed within 24 hours of sending the QR code, I will offer the products back for sale.
  • What if I miss out on my chosen piece?
    Send me a message and we'll figure something out :)
