  • Does the e-shop reserve items in the cart?
    No, it doesn't. The product is yours as soon as you submit your order.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    Shipping within the Czech Republic only. Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, I have temporarily suspended international shipping.
  • Can I combine orders?
    Yes, simply select COMBINE ORDERS (Sloučení objednávek) when choosing your shipping method for your subsequent orders.
  • How does payment work?
    After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with the payment details. You can use these details to pay for your order. Alternatively, you can wait until I send you an invoice with a QR code. This may take a few hours. ould take a few hours.
  • What if I forget to pay?
    Please remember to pay on time. If the payment isn't completed within 24 hours of sending the QR code, I will offer the products back for sale.
  • What if I miss out on my chosen piece?
    Send me a message and we'll figure something out :)
